due to the New York City transit strike-

hopefully this is only temporary-

The VA has issued a SSOC to me- dont have any idea of what is what yet-

This makes sense as the SOC I got in Sept was deficient and they then considered the evidence after I got the bad SOC and raised hell-but I dont know if it is an actual decision on my claims, or a correction on the other SOC.

I want to read it myself-dont want the local vet rep I have to read it to me-I can wait for it in the mail-

I have 2 NODs tentatively prepared-printed off the regs already- more IMO docs to contact if needed, additional medical evidence to submit with any NOD -

a subpeona request if needed, and my War Plan number two was prepared about 2 months ago-

Some claims seem to just fly right through the system-

others- well you know how that can be---I am still under three years at this VARO- they usually take more than 3 years with my claims anyhow-so I feel ahead of the game there-

The Buffalo VARO computers went down too-minutes ago-

that is probably just temporary too----it happens there once in a while-
