and 100% P/T? It seems to be a world of difference. When I read the varrious posts it would seem the P/T is where Chap 35 benefits come into play, along with many more. Can any of you point me to anything specific with regards to Chap 35?

Thanks

The first step in the process of determining eligibility for chapter 35 is obtaining a copy of the last rating decision from V.A. regional office to determine whether future rating examinations are scheduled on a veteran who is 100%. If no future exams are scheduled then the veteran is considered permanently and totally disabled.
