I need specifics on the differences and the pro/cons of each.

DRO review

DRO review; reconsideration

Reopen

Reconsideration

Notice of Disagreement

This is still too confusing; I apologize for still nto getting it!!

Something has to be done on all of the claim; not parts; and if you do not choose the correct terminology of the above you could lose your right to the EED.

Sounds like from another recent post that you should not send a CUE in until the DRO is final and if not found in Veteran's favor, then send the CUE in to VARO? Then ask for Form 9 to send to BVA?

It sounds...like he has a CUE; a reopen on several, reconsideration on a reconsideration? or a NOD?? and Ya'll usually say..."first send it for a DRO, then....'" This I think is the only thing I am sure to do!! Request DRO review. Have two COVA w/PTSD/Sleep Apneas connect secondary to PTSD now!!

THANKS,

P.S. Like Berta says, "the more you read, the more you find...."

Brenda
