Can You Add To Cue After Sending It In?

Question

The VA already has my request for revision due to CUE but now I've found a Supreme Court

ruling that speaks to the heart of the matter. And if they can find ANY way to lawyer their way out

of this one, I'll eat my hat! The problem is, I don't know f there's a "right" way to get it added to the letter I've already submitted. Do I just send another letter and ask that they add it to my original CUE request?

Angela

Oh, in case it'll be of help to anyone else out there.........

In Brown v. Gardner, 513 U.S. 115, 118 (1994), the Supreme

Court held that if a statute is ambiguous, any interpretive

doubt is to be resolved in the veteran's favor.

Sure-

I did that with one of my CUE claims- I wrote them a letter asking that the enclosed evidence be used in support of the CUE claim I filed on ( date).

I had mentioned the evidence in the initial CUE- a General Counsel Pres Op and I gave them the docket number and quoted the specifics from the op-

Then I realised the actual Pres Op should be with the claim so I sent it all in.
