The VA already has my request for revision due to CUE but now I've found a Supreme Court
ruling that speaks to the heart of the matter. And if they can find ANY way to lawyer their way out
of this one, I'll eat my hat! The problem is, I don't know f there's a "right" way to get it added to the letter I've already submitted. Do I just send another letter and ask that they add it to my original CUE request?
