I've seen several referencies to VA's Diabetes Training Letter. Does anyone have a link to where to find this?

Also it pays to have the blank DMII C & P:

This is the newest version-

take note of the fact that this C & P can lead to others that pertain to any DMII complications- as listed in the C & P and training letter-

such as Heart, HBP, skin problems, vision problems, etc- anything else that might be due to diabetes.
