Found My Bva Decision

Rate this question

Question

Just found my BVA decision thought I would share it here just to see if anyone has any insight or deep thoughts on it. It might (but I doubt) be of help to someone, who knows? I have to assume that the rater who first rated me at thirty percent after reading this decision eitherr didn't read it or didn't read the rating manual. It specificly says I'm on dialysis which is a slam dunk 100%.

Now if they would only quit dragging feet on sending me my new rating letter and a few dollars (about $90k) I would be a happy camper.

I have seen many different rating for vets on dialysis at the BVA web site-

They probably sent you (and you also appear to have) the actual rating schedule-

If you fully fall into that 100% criteria- for ESRD and dialysis, this should be brought up strongly in your NOD or in a response to the SOC- if they sent you a SOC already-

with an attachment of the rating schedule and copies of med evidence that show you fall directly into the 100% criteria.

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
