I think every month or 2 they have computer generated letters that get sent out automatically "we are working on it" if it is laying in a pile are they working on it? They send them out I think in hopes that the veterans won't call and bug them for a status update the months and months of waiting get old and they know it these letters are about useless and they could save a lot of money if they quit mailing them out in my opinion Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
