Question

Hi Fellow Veterans,

I would like to file a claim with the VA. I am currently 70%+IU (Being paid at the 100% rate) I have also been awarded Social Security Disability, based on my VA medical records.

How would I need to word my claim in order to received Total & Permanent with Chapter 35 benefits, like ChampVA for my spouse, (as well as other benefits from my State)?

Thanks,

CHerie33
