SLEDGE

Question

I received a sorta SSOC from the BVA.

In it they declared that TDIU was not considered because TDIU has already been assigned.

The problem is:

The Board was discussing an assignment of TDIU that was dated in 2002 compared to the instant claim dated 1993.

TDIU is not being considered for the 1993 award because it was assigned in 2002.

This mailing was for information only and not an assignment of benefits.

Does that make sense to anyone?
