Question

Been tracking a few claims I have in for an increase and the past 10 days or so my status on the site has gone from....Develepement stage to Decision stage and then to the Notification stage as of this morning and now has changed back to the Develepment stage...I am a little confused...Anyone else experience this?

Seriously, it could be that someone had a question regarding something in the c-file. Its happened many times to me, and I'm sure it won't change.

I have some of the same issues. Some of the claims that were in development last week are now in decision, and it says they are waiting on something from me. The suspense date is one month from today, so there is a possibility that they have sent me something I haven't received yet.

I think there is good potential with the E Benefits site, but I don't think its quite ready. Good luck with yours.
