Question

The only reason this came to light is because she felt so guilty that she turned herself in. The former attorney faces up to five years in prison on each of the two counts, although she is likely to get far less, if any, jail time under federal sentencing guidelines. She also faces up to a $250,000 fine.

Sounds like a slap on the wrist here too. Watch they will reinstate her license so she can be gainfully employed to pay back the money to the bond company and also for her fines. Average people don't receive any breaks, why should she??

Maybe I need to post more once I read her sentence...
