Claim Went From Rating Phase To Development Phase

I filed my original claim on 7/7/2010 went to C&P for psych. on march 8 2011, va said the file was ready for a decision on march 16, and has sat there up until today it reverted back to development what the heck does this mean?

i realize that theres likely no answer to why this happens, i just hope it doesnt take much longer

It is not abnormal for claims to move back and forth several times.

You still have a wait in front of you, I'd give myself a time frame of 6 more

months just so I wouldn't be too disappointed.

its unreal that an initial claim should take 1 yr and 6 mos. so frustrating

it was deferred back to development for something the peeps on the phone know nothing, just that they needed more info and none of it is from me.
