Hi to all,

Mike sent in a BVA decision on Aplastic Anemia/Myelodysplastic Syndrome or

AML.

http://www.va.gov/vetapp04/files4/0434293.txt

The Board of Veterans Appeals has established the connection and the rating

is 100%.

As I have indicated those with diabetes and sensorineural hearing loss /

tinnitus this is medically connected and Mike says he has a copy of the results of

the VA study that established the connection.

Mike's e-mail is VET66A@aol.com

I believe they have known this since the Seveso, Italy report came out but

just have refused to make AML and derivatives automatically associated.

Looking at those figures it was clear that AML had more deaths, and AML

remained significant in the lower exposed areas while CLL did not.

Thanks for sending that in.

I go this next Wednesday bright and early for my yearly endo for esophagus

and stomach lets look and see what is going on. Since I have been on the meds I

have had not anywhere near the problems. I am optimistic they will find

little if any additional damages done.

Best,

Kelley
