Bva Remand Moving Along

My appeal was remanded back to appeal management center for futher development the end of June, had C&P in July, also sent additional info to them and I got info today my appeal is now with a rating specialist for decisions. I am hoping that it will come soon. This has been a long appeal process starting in 2003 and nine years later I am this close.

Keeping my fingers that I will get a positive decision very soon!

Good Luck!!! I am in the same boat, just a few weeks later. Mine was remanded in the middle of july. I havent heard anything from the AMC except the standard "we have your file, if you need to send us additional evidence please do with in 30 days or we will decide it with out your input". I wish I knew how to find out anything about where I am in the AMC process

Qwilsting, I sent and IRIS on yesterday questioning the status of my remand and got a response this morning. You should try sending an IRIS.

What is an IRIS? I have spent the last month trying to figure out what is going on with my remand from May 15, 2012. Nobody can tell me anything.

I believe IRIS stands for Inquiry Routing & Information System. If you go to VA.gov and then click the contact us it will take you there.
