Question
ADA2D
I have a issue that I submited for and recieved my payment. Also, submited for dual allowance. I recieved a call on a saturday telling me that I am being removed from "static" or "status". I'm not sure what this means? Also, can't find a RoC about it. Then I recieved a "BILL", telling me that I was overpayed! I tried to find out why, and was told that "NONE" of my braces/creams qualify!
Was told that the VBA put out a new list of what qualifies and what doesn't... But, the ankle(bi-lat), knees(bi-lat) and AFO do not qualify. Ankle braces do qualify except, they have not been inspected yearly to still qualify? And, the knee braces; evn though they have metal rods are deemed non-qualifying? Oh, and the wheelchair was given as an "as needed" basis, so it does not qualify either?
Does, all of this/that make any sence? Please, your comments...
