My case is at Prep for Dec, so I am going loony too. 0 NavyWife Posted October 5, 2014 Share Posted October 5, 2014 Yeah, like US VET said, the site often goes down on weekends for updates to the system. Try again on Monday. If it is still not working then try changing your password. They updated the password requirements a few months ago. Now the password can't have ANY words in it, even foreign language words. Something like Do&&&333@ would work. If that still doesn't let you in, then try emailing ebenefits tech support. Their email and phone number is on the ebenefits site.
