Appeal Showing No Info?

Rate this question

Question

So I had my ptsd c&p exam on the 24th of August. I'm assuming it was for my PTSD review. I was hoping to hear something by now but no such luck. My question is that all my ebennies shows on my appeal info is "no info". It gives my appeal date be that's it. Had anyone seen this or know of a way to fix it? I've put in an iris but no response to two of them. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Don't worry yourself on that with e-bennies. Mine has says that and I have been in appeals since 2009. I have found that a lot of times the information on there is outdated or wrong. Do you have someone helping you with your claim? If so you might have them call the regional office to get information. PTSD claims usually take longer since it is more complex. It took me 10 years to go through the initial rating and initial appeals. Now I am applying for an increase. I know some VA hospitals like mine also has a Veterans rep come in once a week to meet with people who have questions and they can look it up for you. It takes some time though. I was told it may be another 2 years on mine. My advice is to stay on top of it and stay positive, even if you get denied the first time.

Thanks for the response. I was actually denied my ptsd claim almost 3 1/2 years ago. That's why I thought this was my re eval. But who knows. The lady that did my c&p said I should hear something in 6-8 weeks. So heres hoping. It's annoying that my ebennies says that but not a big deal. It sounds like it's common for it to be messed up.
