0 eagle1012004
Last year I received an 70% PTSD rating and was not working. That rating was given on March 11, 2014. I filed for an increase and IU claim on March 23, 2014. It took them 31 days to deny increase, but award TDIU P&T. I am assuming you don't work and if you don't then file for increase and IU at the same time. Unless they missed something and should have rated you 100% ptsd, then they will deny increase, but if you are NOT working and have not worked because of your PTSD, then they will most likely approve the IU and pay you at the 100% rate. The reason I chose this route was because I felt a new claim would get decided quicker and it did, but if for some reason it doesn't then you can still NOD. JMHO..... All the best!! Congratulations on your 70% rating!! Greg Edited March 17, 2015 by eagle1012004
