renee
Hello everyone, I reopened a claim back in April along with a new claim and I'm suprised to see that they are prepping for decision. No contact, no physical or review; just backup documents to show proof of the disability. Is this strange to you guys or no?
0 bolt_vet23
Was the claim an FDC? I requested an increase for two disabilities and a week later I was having the C&Ps done. Now they are preparing decision so it is possible depending on what you claim and how you claimed it.

0 bolt_vet23
Fully developed claim where you submit all of the supporting documentation.

0 renee
Interesting turn of events. It was sent back to "reviewing evidence" today.
0 Raza23
As I stated in another post, when filing an FDC and all evidence you have has been submitted, the claim automatically will go to prep for decision. It is only a VA computer generated response it seems and quite misleading if ya ask me. Once actual human eyes start working on the claim it will more than likely backtrack all the way to the Gathering of Evidence stage where C&P's and all that fun stuff will be done. i can't speak to your claim but i had two different claims both approved within 90 days, the last one being 2011.
