Address Where Nod Should Go

All,

I am overseas Okinawa, I am getting ready to mail my NOD off, and the letter states I should send it to an address that wasn't listed in the letter. My RO is Pittsburgh, should I just mail it there? Also in Ebenefits, Is there a way to do this electronically? that would be easier, but I haven't been able to find a way to do that.

There's no way to submit it online. Since you're in Asia, you'll need to send it to address in Georgia.
