C&P Exam Challenges

Question

Hello,

I am currently getting MEB for my ear condition so my C&P exams were a bit rushed.  First, my VA doctor was not the sharpest crayon in the box.  Apparently, I am scheduled for surgery in 2105.   Anyways, they left a lot my important medical issues off the report.  For example, I have tumors in my ear and the left off the part about them growing to my brain.  The report reads as though the examiner got bored and stopped reading my records after 2008.  According to my ear C&P, I only have had 2 surgeries however, I had 8 so far.  My PBLO officer is helping me appeal everything; however, I noticed a lot of my medical records are not in my medical file.  The ones for my most recent surgery are however, the scanner failed to scan both side.  Is there any way to get all of the information into my C&P report prior to my case being forward to the Informal Board.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

When you say records are not in your medical file, do you mean records from you c-file are not listed as having been available for review by the C&P examiner or are you saying that records you submitted are missing from you actual c-file? Whose scanner are you referring to? Yours, the VA's or the PBLO's ?
