I tried your suggestion and it worked like a "charm"....and is really a brilliant idea as well. Mainly because, not only can you see the secondary's in the appeals but also the argument behind  their applications by the Vets, the legal analysis and treatment by the VBA Board, and the final outcome of the board and their decision processes which shows how they arrived at their decisions.  So, it was actually a better solution then I had anticipated because the search is so easy and the computer does most of the work anyway during the search. All I  have to do is a little reading to draw conclusions if I should use or apply a specific secondary to my own case based upon my service medical records.   Godspeed Rootbeer22
