Hello brothers and sisters!
Quick question(s) for you.
At the beginning of January, I was told in an in-person interview at the VR&E office that I qualified for vocational rehabilitation.
We both agreed on the standard: "Employment through Long Term Services"
I was given a VA Form 28-0800, which included a list of documentation to get to my counselor.
I have submitted said documentation (career profile, DD 214, daughters birth certificate, etc.) via email, as requested.
However, the last progress I heard, was that my counselor was "going through the documentation, and hoping to finish it this week."
This was last week. It has been roughly 4 weeks since she received the documentation.
Is this time frame normal, for getting me started on Voc Rehab?
Does my total usage of the Post 9/11 GI Bill (0 days remaining) somehow impact or complicate my usage of the VR&E program?
Thanks in advance!
Hope you all are doing well!
