Question

Just wondering if anyone out there has heard of fibrous tumors with a relationship to AO?

Had a 2 1/2 lb tumor removed from my chest. It was sitting on my heart and one lung. The result is cardiomyopathy with an EF of 30. Have applied for VA compensation but am having difficlt time finding information linking to AO.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Your doctors must have determined some etiology or cause for this type of tumor.

Would that cause have anything at all to do with your military service?

I have not seen any association either with this type of tumor and Agent Orange.

Was this a very slow growing tumor that could have cause symptoms that are in your SMRs?

If you receive VA care-how did it get to the size it was before removal of it?

GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Thank you for your quick response with questions and suggestions.

The eitology on the path report was a fibrous tumor with innoculations that kept bleeding into the tumor.

I am just starting with the va 12-1-06.

The only recollection I have that would be a connection is in 1970 during my discharge physical the Dr. heard a heart murmur and made me return for another listen and then told me to leave.

The tumor was slow growing and didn't let me know it was there until I had chest pain and went to the er.

after many test the MRI showed the tumor.
