Fiddler54
I am already service connected at 30% mood disorder. And now complex/chronic PTSD . My question is if I have been diagnosised by a va shrink and am in his care, will I still have to do a c&p exam for my new claim for the PTSD ? 0 Navy04
Yes Sir, I have had multiple Reviews and Exams, even though I have multiple Mental Conditions they are all rated under PTSD. In the Mental Health world there is a big difference from MDD or Adjustment Disorder to PTSD. Just part of the Process bud. I have Submitted DBQs and a ton of Evidence, but the VA always makes me due C&Ps, and sometimes more then one for the same condition that I applied for. 100% PTSD 100% Back 60% Bladder Issues 50% Migraines 30% Crohn's Disease 30% R Shoulder 20% Radiculopathy, Left lower 10% Radiculopathy, Right lower 10% L Knee 10% R Knee Surgery 2005&2007 10% Asthma 10% Tinnitus 10% Damage of Cranial Nerve II 10% Scars SMC S SMC K OEF/OIF VET 100% VA P&T, Post 911 Caregiver, SSDI
