I am currently fighting the VA on a cold injury claim centered around cold exposure in MCT around Christmas 1997.
One of their denial points was that I do not have medical records showing cold exposure during that time (par for the course for non-frost bite cold injuries) so I am looking for a buddy statement from someone who can corroborate the conditions.
