Agreed.  About the only thing its useful for is, after you have already gotten the REAL decision, you can use ebnenefits to print out proof.  

Its updated infrequently and inconsistently, its inaccurate, and non binding on VA.  

People talk about it here endlessly, saying "ebenefits said this or that" and want us to analyze it, and decide "when that means they will get a decision".  The answer is always the same:  We dont know.
