Just approved for 100% but payment disappeared

Husband was just approved for an increase from 90% to 100% we received the approval letter. He got a slightly increased payment on the first and the bank account showed a pending payment for the other half of the increase, that day. Three days ago that payment, the pending one, suddenly just disappeared without notice... Just poof gone. We contacted the bank and it's not on their end. We are really worried the last time something like this happened we didn't receive a payment for a few months. Anyone know what gives?

I suggest you call the white house hotline.  At least, someone could let you know in the VA who to talk to.
