authorization question

Is there any difference between "Pending Authorization" and "Waiting approval by VA Authorizer"? Supposedly this is in the final stages, according to atty but it drags on....  I called the VA - they said it says "Waiting approval by VA authorizer"  I know this has been addressed before and I don't mean to be redundant, but do these two things mean the same thing?

Yes.  Both of these, plus a $5.00 bill will get you a cup of coffee at most places in town.  In other words, they mean nothing and you have to wait for the envelope.
