Neuro Or Psysio... The Difference?

I know we have some PHDs out there that can shed some light on this question. Please if you have the time.....

Could someone explain in lay terms the difference between being diagnosed with "Depression/ Mood" when a person is diagnosed as a .....

1. Psychoneurologic depression/Mood

or

2. Psychophysiologic depression/Mood

and is this significant when it applies to the VA compensation claim?
