it has just been announced that cola for Social security will be 4.1% for next year, now we have to pray they don't cap the VA Cola's as has been suggested. Write your congressman and senators. Now

I just read at "Military.com" that VA disabilities will receive 4.1 percent. B)

JOn, yes we should but due to everyone screaming about the deficit, the republicans are going to find ways to save money, they are going to cut medicaid, food stamps, they are proposing cuts to other programs, one of the ideas floating around is to cap federal retirees and the VA compensation at 2%. I hope it gets shot down to, thats why I say write the congress critters.
