0 Berta
You stated :(va is requesting a 1151 development to VAMC. The BVA decision never mentioned 1151. Where did you get the info regarding 1151? The remand warrants VA to: 5. Obtain an addendum opinion from an appropriate clinician regarding whether the Veteran’s hypertension is at least as likely as not related to service, including blood pressure of 140/90 documented in October 1983 and 128/91 documented in December 1991.' What I saw in your past post that seemed to be a screen shot of your issues, was hypertensive heart disease on remand------ But I do not see that disability mentioned in the BVA remand. ???? It may or may not be 1151- because the BVA never stated it could ( for the HBP) but hypertensive vascular disease is listed under a Remand statement in the past post - and this is a serious issue but I dont see it in the BVA remand Docket at all------ what is the status of that claim? 0 Berta
"The remaining issues on appeal must be remanded because the Veteran identifiedpotentially relevant outstanding private treatment records as part of his July 2020TDIU application. A remand is required to allow VA to request these records." Are you treated by the private doctor for the hypertension? Has the VA sent to you an authorization form to obtain the private records? 0 Berta
https://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/forms/vba-21-4142-are.pdf This is the authorization form and you can send it yourself to the RO, but keep a copy of it for your records. If the HBP is being treated by a private doctor, the VA needs to know that, and if so , this does not appear to be an 1151 issue. If there is anything you can do to bolster the evidence for the remanded issues, by all means make sure VA has this info. Do you have a vet rep or VSO?
