Has anyone had any success with this? If so what was the timeline? I put in a request to see if I could get some type of status for my C-File request. You get an email saying you can expect a response in 7 days. Well after 15 days I did not get a response so I went back into the system and requested an update to my request. Well so far it is nothing but crickets.
