It took from September 28, 2022 to October 13 2022 to get an answer and a award of benefits.  Did you request a phone call with your HLR? I did an it seamed to make a difference.

I would keep checking va.gov to see if they closed your claim. If they have and its been 10 days or more I would you can request that they email you the decision.

Was this "difference in opinion" favorable, and award additional benefits?  What did the letter say (I assume it was a letter)?

Perhaps it was some type of letter informing you that you should be getting a revised decision, soon.

If the letter you received was unclear, then maybe, as explained, see if you can print the decision letter from ebenefts/va.gov.  Or, wait for the envelope.

You can post more details about the letter and we should be able to help more.

Or if it was a decision letter which granted or denied additional benefits, you may consider appealing it if you dispute a denial, effective date, or disability percentage.
