Thanks MPsgt. I actually just got TDIU in January 2016 with effective date of Sept 2015. Wouldn't it be too early for a reevaluation and is it too early to ask for P&T?

I'm currently 90% TDIU but I'm contemplating adding a few disabilities: 1). Obstructive Sleep Apnea: I just got sworn statements in support of my claim. 2). Headaches secondary to PTSD: been diagnosed with tension & migraine headaches that are due to stress and anxiety from PTSD. 3). Sciatica secondary to lower back herniated discs: recent MRIs confirm nerve impingement. 4). Increase in IBS from 0% to 30%. 5). Increase in chronic sinusitis from 0% to 30%. All of the above has substantial medical evidence to warrant service-connection or increases. Should I do it? Would it change me from TDIU to T&P? Thanks.
