rdnkjeeper Posted October 15, 2016 Share Posted October 15, 2016 I just got a declined bill from Blue Cross/Blue Shield (which I no longer have) for knee braces that the VA ordered me for my service connected knees. Now I am not going to lie, I am pretty upset at this. Someone who works in billing at the local hospital told me that the VA is ALWAYS billing private insurance before paying.
