Berta
This recent BVA case should help: http://www.va.gov/vetapp09/files2/0915260.txt It gives the diagnostic codes and ratings and considers how any corrective vision aides would affect the rating. Cavtrooper088
Berta, That was really good information. I was diagnosted with glucoma about a year ago and had a reading of 28 in one eye as well as some optic nerve damage. The VA doctors told me that they were really concerned and starting giving me eyes drops (Travtan) every night. I asked them at the time if this could be connected with Agent Orange and my DMII, and they said probably not. Dumb a** me just bought into their casual statement and never persued the matter. I was a rookie at the time, and now, thanks to Hadit, I'm learning the ropes. Thanks Berta--you're the bomb Cavtrooper
