Impression: 1 Degenerative findddings of the left shoulder. 2 Abnormal signal within the distal portion of the infraspinatus and supraspinatus tendons. very small tears at their insertions cannont be excluded. fluid collection along the posterior portion of the glenoid and the labrum suspicious for labral tear-periosteal avulsion in this region. will this statement help establish bilateral sc?
