My Claim was remanded, now I get a letter from VA asking me about my Appeal Status Election Process. It asks do I want a Traditional Appeal Process or a Post Decision Review Process. Since my claim was remanded I thought that this was all taken care of now I have to make a new decision on how to proceed with my claim. Since I am already awarded my claims and I am only going for the EED of some of them and several old claims, why do I have to fill out a form and wait longer? I thought the VARO would just review the evidence and make a decision. They are not asking for more evidence because they have it all, they just say I have to choose what route to take.
