Awared 100% PTSD about 6 months ago with "incompetency"
Fiduciary rep came out and interviewed.
Just received letter from VA stating my "incompetency" (unable to handle own financials" has been changed to "competent" to handle own financial funds based upon fiduciary interview.
I had sent in a request if I was incompetent only to handle my own finances to please release the "firearms" restriction.
Did not hear anything on the firearms request but just got the competency change today and I assume that has been reversed as well.
Thank you Jesus!
Question:
Since the "incompetency" was part of the decision of 100% PTSD, will this new decision on my financial abilities effect my 100PTSD??
Lettter further stated my compensation will continue and not be changed. Will this cause a near future C&P. I am not P&T but I am 62 years old and the next C&P has is schedule 2012.
