stillhere Posted October 8, 2010 Share Posted October 8, 2010 If you are a female and served in Vietnam then you need to contact a Veteran Service Officer and see if a claim is possible. I have not worked or have much knowledge with the benefits for siblings but I do know the VA is only acknowledging the children of women veterans that served in country.
