Jeep Wreck In 1983 Head Injury

Question

Hello fellow Vets,I had a M151 Jeep Accident in 83' and I banged my Head pretty good on the Windshield its is well Documented,now I have been having these Headaches since I was discharge from the MH from the Cleveland area VA,I just had a CT Scan and all came back normal which is very good for me but the Headaches continue,my Question is do you guys think I can file a claim for Residual affect from that Jeep Accident,just asking for an OPINION

You may have a TBI since you bumped your head. Concussions and TBI are headache causing events. You only need a Nexus from Neuro Doc.

So it does not matter that this happen in 1983? and this could be the causing of my Headaches presently
