I had a second exam yesterday after an initial denial in April and submission of an IMO in August. This examiner said I didn't have to convince him, I had submitted enough evidence, he was going to act as my advocate and concur with the IMO which was done by a former VA examiner. I did give him new evidence of current disability I received since the April denial. It only took twenty minutes. That is now 2 exams to 1.
The first rating decision after the denial in April took two weeks. This one he said could take six months. Does a rating for an approval take longer than a denial?
In any case I guess all I can do is wait now. This was put on a CVET fast track after my rep discovered (after my phone call three weeks ago requesting them to look into it) that my case had been siting with no action for four months after the IMO submission and request for redetermination.
