Va Decision & Claims File Dispatch

Hi - I already get my disability but appealed the rating because they gave me 50% for the first 4 years, then 70% starting from when I first received benefits. Now I appealed that and my status says "va decision & Claims File Dispatch". Is that good or bad, and it says letter mailed on Oct 5 and it's Nov 12 and have not received it yet.

Sounds to me that a decision has been made and you

will be sent a letter.

It's still a waiting game at this point.

If you have a VSO, you could call them to see what they might know.

And I am so sorry, my appeal was with the BVA, and the file was sent back to the regional office here.
