I thought earlier today I saw a post that told how the new IHD presumptive would be rated and now I can't find it. Any one know ?

  IHD covers multiple heart related problems. The definition of IHD in the VA's opinion, has been around for some time.
  The medical definition is essentially the same.
  Where things may come into contention has to do with the causes, treatment, and compensation.
  Basically, the most common cause of IHD is CAD. This in turn is commonly caused by or is a part of atherosclerosis, which may exist in other parts of the body as well as coronary arteries.
