Yes, a few years back, 5 or 6, my VA psych told me I should get a lawyer and do that so I did.
I wrote this in a reply a second ago, here it is again with spelling fixes.
There is also some SSDI forms my PC doc and SW filled out. My SSDI lawyer says I probably can't get anything because I have no credits in system. Didn't they know that when they took me on and waited a few years for the hearing, why? PLus he says something about it having to go back to when I made a previous SSDI claim, never appealed, no lawyer, long time ago (over decade) when I had some credits, but he says I have no credits, or not enough.
My VA doc asked me why they took my case and made me wait all this time and even had the hearing (still waiting for decision)? SS Judge asked me if I get my medical at VA, of course I said yes sir.
But I don't get it. After I get the decision, if negative, maybe I should complain about SS lawyer. At the hearing, before it, the lawyer came up and said he was talking to judge already and it may be abbreviated hearing." For above reasons and some he mentioned some laws.
I'm thinking why did they take me on for all these years? And maybe he would say that there is a small chance and that was why. But if I had nothing to gain, why would SS waste their hearing time, why not say there is nothing in the first rejection.
