by not telling your doctor when he ask you how are doing today. I see

most veterans always reply. I'm doing good or I'm doing great today. Then

why the hell you going to see the doctor if you are doing great. They write this sh**

down in your records. I know because it happen to me. I was in the Empower

veterans program for pain every week we have to tell whether the program was working

or was it helping with pain. It did help me a lot with the acupuncture I am doing better than

I been in 8 years don't take no pain meds anymore. I wrote this down or we discuss it in class.

Everybody in the class all had back problems and most people cant sit for long and cant stand

for long with back problems the class is about 4 hours long with 10 minutes breaks every hour

here is the catch how can you sit for an hour and you file a claim saying you cant sit or stand but

15 minutes because it cause you back pain but if everyone sat there for an hour with no problems

do you have back pain or is it in your mind. They will use this against you. AT The end of class we were

told that a physical therapist who was teaching from Green bay on TV she could see us and we could see

her but she was watching us the whole class on web cam and nobody knew until the end. So what I was doing

is sit a while then stand a while and everybody thought I was crazy but that's my disabilities.

I ask for more treatment for acupuncture and they told me I was doing better and I just need treatment

once per month and that's what I told EMPOWER VETERANS in class. I explain my pain level went from a

10 to a 5 from treatments twice per week not once per month. long story be careful what you say or do

never know who's looking or listening. I will do what it take to keep my rating because VA plays dirty

Sad to say bud that you are right. As most of you know on here I was granted 100% VA Mar 14. Put in an FDC in Nov 14 to reopen a few previously denied, a few new and a few secondary. Well after that claim completed recently almost all conditions were granted. But what did the DAM*** VA to decide to re eval all of my high Conditions, even though they were not scheduled for a re eval until Feb 2016. Well those exams sucked especially the PTSD review, well in my case it back fired on the VA and in fact the 70% PTSD was continued and Migraines/TBI increased from 30 to 50%. Well last week got a call and then the VA decides to Re eval scars and tongue damage. Why would VA even want to look at these conditions. Well went yesterday and it was actually thru the VES and it was a dang Heart Specialists, WTH!!! Went there did all these chemicals on my tongue with no reaction, as most of the taste buds where damaged when I had 2 throat surgeries. Then Doc looked at all my Scars, and in fact I have 2 knee ones caused by a fall last year, so he took measurements and pics of those. Don't know what to think, but I am very aware when I go to VA and see Docs, and by the ways I have a ton of Specialists so it is a job in itself to watch what I say and do around those crappy people.
