  1. Thank you everyone. My current 20% is for my knees. 10% left and 10% right. I have been seeing the VA Pyschiatrist for over 3 years now. He has diagnosed me with PTSD, Major Depression, and Anxciety with Panic Attacks. I started my claim before my PTSD diagnosis, but have been labeled with major deppression and anxciety by my primary VA doc and the psych.

I recently recieved news on my claim, please let me know where I should post the new information. The news is good so far.

    Thanks,

    Jimmie

  2. Hello Everyone,

My name is Jimmie and I live in San Diego, CA. I am very thankful for this site as it has proven to be beneficial during my claim process. Yes, it is a long process, but knowing the ins and outs helps tremendously. There is so much hear-say on other sites and around the veteran community, but this site is right on.

I first submitted my claim on Sept. 24, 2010 for severe depression and panic attacks (stress related). I went through the local American Legion to begin the claim. Up until now, the American Legion has been useless and has not met my needs. I have accomplished more on my own by using the information, tools, and guidance from this website.

Thanks for the help so far, and I hope to also help someone in the future.

    Regards,

    Jimmie F.
