  1. Thanks for your help, I will check this out.
  2. Thank you Carlie, My SSDI was awarded stricly for complications of the broken neck. The new evidence comes from treatment from the VA that indicates and is documented that the problem is worsening however, I have not had a C&P relating to the diminishing conditions. My friend suggested that I request an increase and IU at the same time.
  3. All, I am new to HADIT and new to understanding TDIU; there is another Vet working with me that was just awarded ID but we want to make sure the VA will even consider my claim. In short, my neck was broken while serving in the Marines, tons of documentation and I have been on SSDI since Dec. of 2010. I have copies of all VA and private doctors records... the diagnosis from the doctor that performed my SSDI exam stated that even with the best care, it is unlikely that I will ever be able to gain and or sustain gainful employment. My current VA rating is:50% 30% Migraines 10% Paralysis Ulnar Nerve 10% Paralysis Median Nerve 10% Intervertebral Disc Syndrone My intent is to request (based on new evidence) an increase for these conditions and TDIU at the same time. Is this a wise approach?
